To send us any artwork you may already have please attach it below. To attach your artwork,  'click' the Browse Button (to the right hand side of the artwork box) then select your artwork file, then click the "Upload" Button. IMPORTANT: Before sending, please ensure the file(s) are renamed with your name or company name, so we know who has sent the artwork. Eg: "mycompanyname.jpg"  or  "myname.ai"  Please advise of any specific fonts that you require us to use.

Don't have any artwork but have an existing board? For a fee of £10 we will arrange collection of your board  so we can copy it for you,  this will be sent back with your first order and we will deduct £10 from your delivery charge. Alternatively, we can help you with the design. If a completely new board is required, just upload any ideas, using any of the popular art packages such as Coreldraw, Paint Shop Pro, or even Microsoft Word etc, and we will do the rest !

We have added a colour palette for your reference, if you don't have any Pantone colour references. Simply print off the colour palette, mark off the required colours and post us back the page, we will then match the chosen colours for you !

Please note when sending artwork for colour matching there may be a shade difference in the colours.

1) JPEG  The joint Photographic Experts Group developed the Jpeg file. This format was created as a standard for colour and greyscale images. The main advantage of this format is that  files are saved using a lossy compression technique which makes the file size smaller which in turn makes emailing or saving more efficient. A jpeg file can be compressed as much as a 10:1. The compression methods generally used are either lossy or lossless, lossy compression works by removing some of the data so quality can suffer, Lossless compression allows the file to be compressed without removing any data, so as the quality will not deteriorate.

PDF  Adobe Portable Document format, this is a great format for file exchange due to its cross platform characteristics. It also keeps the exact content along with fonts and graphics which can be printed or emailed.

BMP  Bitmapped file, this is the most basic type of graphic, it is essentially a grid of dots, (like a mosaic made from tiny coloured or black and white squares) bitmapped images are not scaleable, as when the image increases in size so do the squares which can make the image appear very jagged.

TIFF or TIF  Tagged image file format, this is one of the most widely supported file formats used on both PCs and Macintosh computers.

EPS  Encapsulated Postscript, this file type can be used for storing both bitmapped and object orientated artwork (as AI or CDR) and can be resized, distorted and cropped.

AI  & CDR  (Adobe illustrator and Corel Draw) These are object-orientated graphics, and are different from Bitmapped images as they are composed of mathematically described objects and paths, these graphics can be enlarged, reduced, rotated, reshaped, etc, without the problems of  resolution or loss of quality.

2) Text to Curves or Outlines – explained

When sending files often a common mistake is to assume that the fonts will travel with the files, THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN!, our computers will exchange your missing fonts for our default fonts. To avoid mistakes and delays, please convert all text to curves (Corel Draw) or create outlines (Illustrator) before sending. If you have a problem in doing this simply send the file as an EPS file.

3) Vector & Bitmap images – explained

Vector images are comprised of lines (wireframe) and are normally created with drawing programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand, size reduction or enlargement will not produce any pixelization. In expert hands great artwork can be produced, which is extremely editable with no loss of quality. Examples of vector type files are *.AI, *.EPS, *.CDR

4) Film Positives

Film positives must be supplied same size, emulsion up, right reading.
